Jerry L. Cooper, M.D.
Dr. Cooper is a board-certified dermatologist and laser expert. He specializes in Mohs Micrographic Surgery for the treatment of skin cancer. He is affiliated with Emory University, Northside Hospital and DeKalb Medical Center.
Dr. Cooper is an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. He has been recognized by the American Medical Association and given the Physicians Recognition Award for the years 2001 through 2005. Dr. Cooper was named one of America’s top physicians in 2003, 2004 and 2005 by Consumer’s Research Council, and Atlanta Magazine nominated him Top Doc in 1999. Dr. Cooper was recognized by the International Society for Cosmetic Laser Surgeons as a master in cosmetic and laser surgery in 2006.

Dionne D. Louis, M.D.
Dr. Dionne D. Louis joined Atlanta Dermatology and Laser Surgery in September 2011.
A native of New Orleans, Louisiana, Dr. Louis attended Spelman College graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Chemistry. After earning a doctorate of medicine from Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia, she completed a residency in Pediatrics at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Dr. Louis then completed a residency in Dermatology at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.
Dr. Louis is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology and the American Board of Pediatrics.
Dr. Louis is experienced in all aspects of dermatology including skin cancer, psoriasis, dermatologic surgery and pediatric dermatology. Her special interests and areas of expertise are ethnic skin, hair disorders, pigmentation disorders and cosmetic procedures for all racial skin types. She welcomes both adults and children to the practice.

Fair has been a Physician Assistant specializing in dermatology and dermatological surgery since 1993 and has been with Atlanta Dermatology and Laser Surgery since 2005. She is a member of the Georgia Dermatology Physician Assistant Association, American Academy of Physician Assistant and the Georgia Association of Physician Assistant. Fair is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Fair has her Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the Medical College of Georgia and her Bachelor of Science from Georgia State University.

Juliena Gigon, PA-C
Juliena has been with Atlanta Dermatology and Laser Surgery since 2010. As one of the Physician Assistants for the practice Juliena sees patients for Dermatological needs but also does Cosmetic procedures including: Exilis, Laser Hair Removal and is the CoolSculpting Team Leader for the practice. Juliena has her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of South Alabama and her Bachelors degree in Biology from Elon University where she played division-1 volleyball. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Michele has performed cosmetic and laser procedures since 1993, and is an active member of The American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. Her areas of expertise include tattoo removal, laser hair removal, photo rejuvenation, the Thermage procedure, micro laser peels, microdermabrasion, facial vein removal and chemical peels.
